Code of Ethics
- We do not impose unfair trade practices on partners or clients.
- We do not discriminate against partners, competitors, or employees.
- No employee shall offer bribes to third parties for personal or company gain.
- We do not accept money, entertainment, or favors from internal or external stakeholders.
- We do not misuse company assets (including intellectual property) or gain unjust profits, nor do we engage in unethical or illegal conduct that could be condemned by society.
- We do not engage in unethical or illegal behavior that would draw public criticism.
- We neither solicit nor accept money or valuables from stakeholders under any circumstances.
Reporting Violations
- All reports are handled with a principle of confidentiality.
- Reports should be written as specifically as possible, following the 5W1H principles, and must be based on accurate facts.
- Malicious reports not based on facts or personal matters unrelated to the company will not be investigated.
- The identity of the whistleblower and the contents of the report will remain strictly confidential.
- No disciplinary action or disadvantage will be imposed on anyone for filing a legitimate report.
